Fair Housing Statement
To promote fair housing practices, the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission encourages potential homeowners and renters to be aware of their rights under the National Fair Housing Law.
Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, prohibits discrimination against any person on the basis or race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin in the sale or rental of units in the housing market.

Para promover la práctica de vivienda justa, South East Texas Regional Planning Commission alienta a los propietarios e inquilinos potenciales a que conozcan sus derechos bajo la Ley Nacional de Vivienda Justa.
El Título VIII de la Ley de Derechos Civiles de 1968, en su forma enmendada, prohíbe la discriminación contra una persona por motivos de raza, color, religión, sexo, discapacidad, situación familiar u origen nacional en la venta o alquiler de unidades en el mercado de la vivienda.
