Public Hearing Notices

PUBLIC HEARING (Regular Non-Entitlement Community Block Grant Program)

A public hearing will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC), 2210 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, to obtain input and recommend project priorities and scoring thresholds to be used by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for upcoming Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) project scoring.

Recommendations will be presented for approval to the SETRPC Executive Committee, Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the SETRPC’s Offices. This meeting will also serve as a public hearing.
