The Older Americans Act (OAA), as amended in 2020, Section 306(a) requires each Area Agency on Aging (AAA) to prepare an Area Plan (AP) on Aging for its public service area (PSA) addressing a two-, three-, or four-year period, as determined by the State Unit on Aging (SUA). Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) serves as the SUA in Texas.
